Planning & Development

The Department of Planning and Development is seeking a highly motivated and detailed oriented Permit Technician who has strong organization skills, and enjoys assisting customers in a fast-paced environment, both on the phone and in person. The Permit Technician provides information on zoning and other planning-related policies and procedures to the public, city staff, and representatives of other agencies. This position serves as the first point of contact for internal and external customers in the application process.
