Make a difference in the lives of our city’s youth! As a Case Manager you will play a crucial role in delivering high quality and effective Youth Programs.
The case manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating support service strategies for participants enrolled in the city’s Youth Programs. This entails coordinating with youth program directors to needs and develop corresponding strategies.
Additionally, the case manager engages in direct case management of individual youth, supervises and selects consultant and other youth service providers, fosters positive relations with parents and community members, and develops community resources for case referral.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Science, or related field OR
>Associate’s degree in Human Services or related field AND two years of relevant experience OR
High school diploma or equivalent AND four years of relevant experience
Proficient in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good knowledge of both the human services profession and the developmental needs of youth
