As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for enforcing and monitoring federal, state and local policies and procedures to ensure non-discrimination, investigate complaints, interpret civil rights laws, and promote equal opportunity in employment.

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor Relations or a related field AND three years of relevant work experience OR
Associates’s Degree in Social Services, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor Relations or a related field AND five years of relevant work experience OR
High School Diploma or Equivalency AND nine years of relevant work experience
Working Knowledge of federal and state mandates and laws related to equal employment in the public sector
Demonstrated knowledge of data collection and interpretation procedures
Demonstrated project management ability
